The Skellig team managed the closure of a Retail Bank with the return of the banking licence and all associated project streams required to support this fundamental change.
The programme included the set up of an outsource arrangement for the management of the loan book with a third party provider on a long term business process outsource arrangement This was the most extensive and wide ranging BPO unertaken by the group globally.
This was a multi-facetted programme covering legal, communications, compliance, and IT and Operations projects required to support the change.

Managed the Transfer of the Irish corporate Banking operation to a new bank entity under a statutory transfer scheme as part of a wider global ownership transfer.
This required management of local Regulator communications, managing the required legal changes, customer communications and related IT and operational changes to support the overall transfer.

Financial services organisation downsizing
Down sizing of Retail Bank to remove more than 30% of the cost base from the operation. This required the management of a range of projects spanning HR, Legal and customer communications.
This programme required the rationalisation of the nationwide branch network and re-distribution of customer servicing and establishment of a centralised service centre to achieve part of the cost saving targets required.
