Alan's recent engagements have reflected the changes in Global Retail and Commercial Banking and ranging from change programmes focussed on growth, to cost reduction, business transfers and loan and asset divestments programmes.
More recent work has been to manage all aspects of the transition of a Retail Bank to a Third Party Loan Management Company, Loan Portfolio Sales, and the managed closure of Retail Banks.

Brian has over forty years experience in information technology (IT) management in the financial services industry, fulfilling a variety of roles during that time.
He has been involved for many years in developing and promoting best practices in the delivery, management and governance of IT-enabled change programmes, with a particular emphasis on understanding the impact of change on individuals and organisations, and gaining the optimum business value from investments in IT-enabled change. He holds a B.A. in Management and an MSc. in Management Practice. He has taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Trinity College Dublin and the Irish Management Institute.

Alex has a long-standing interest in helping companies drive improved business performance through the strategic alignment of information technology with business strategy and has published extensive research on these and other strategic topics including Portfolio management advance business & IT relationships.
